Mutterschaft und Kunst vertragen sich nur bedingt. Auf der Suche nach einem Ausweg aus der Schaffenskrise bittet die Filmemacherin eine Schriftstellerin um Hilfe. Dabei bahnt sich ein fiktiver Videobriefwechsel zwischen den beiden an. Die Autorin richtet sich mit einem einfachen Rat an die Künstlerin: Warum schreibt sie statt über den Film, der ihr nicht gelingen will, nicht einfach über ihre Situation?
Motherhood and art are only compatible to a limited extent. In search of a way out of her creative crisis, the filmmaker asks a writer for help. In the process, a fictitious video correspondence develops between the two. The author gives the artist a simple piece of advice: instead of writing about the film, which she doesn't want to make, why doesn't she just write about her situation?
