Bereits am Sonntag vor Festivalbeginn öffnen sich unsere Türen für alle film- und bastelbegeisterten Menschen ab 5 Jahren. Ganz nach dem Motto »Ohne Licht kein Film« wollen wir das Festival mit euch zum Leuchten bringen – und den Film aus seinem eher abstrakten digitalen Versteck hervorholen und erfahrbar machen, warum es auch heute noch heißt, dass Film gedreht und geschnitten wird. Mit einem 35mm-Projektor projizieren wir analoge Filme auf die große Leinwand und tauchen damit ein wenig in die Filmgeschichte ab.
Already on the Sunday before the festival begins, we open our doors to all film and craft enthusiasts aged 5 and up. Under the motto “No light, no film,” we want to make the festival shine together with you—and bring film out of its rather abstract digital hiding place, making it tangible and showing why we still say that films are shot and cut today.
Using a 35mm projector, we project analogue films onto the big screen and, in doing so, take a small dive into the history of cinema.

Eichhörnchen und Fledermaus. Unterschiedliche Welten treffen aufeinander. Mächte in der Unterwelt steuern Tag, Nacht - und noch einiges mehr. Durch einen Zufall gerät dieser geregelte Ablauf ins Stocken. Und damit beginnt die gemeinsame Reise der beiden Einzelgänger.
Squirrel and bat. The convergence of different worlds and times of day. Forces in the underground govern night and day - and much more. By accident, this regulated everday life has ground to halt. And thus begins the mutual journey of two solitary figures.
