Musikvideos im Fernsehen, ja sowas gab’s mal. Mit dem Anspruch »I want my MTV« konnten alle, die wollten, ihre Lieblingsmusikvideos zu Hause auf dem Fernseher sehen. Lautstärkemäßig so richtig geknallt hat das aber aus diversen Gründen nie. Aus diesem Grund bringen wir euer und unser MTV auf den Dancefloor. Auch dieses Jahr geht es wieder durch die Nacht mit vier Jahrzehnten Musikvideokultur: visuell groß und tanzbar laut auf dem Soundsystem, den Leinwänden und Monitoren des Festivalclubs. Music videos on TV, yes, there used to be such a thing. With the claim »I want my MTV«, anyone who wanted to could watch their favourite music videos at home on the TV. For various reasons, however, the volume never really went through the roof. That's why we're bringing your and our MTV to the dance floor. This year, the night will once again be filled with four decades of music video culture: visually big and danceably loud on the sound system, screens and monitors of the festival club. One more time it's murder on the dancefloor – selected by the festival team and friends.
