Wer ist Sycorax? Die erste Person, die in William Shakespeares »Der Sturm« auftritt. Ihr Problem: Sie hat keine Stimme. Sie ist nur die krumme, alte, böse Hexe, die anscheinend Ariel, den Geist der Lüfte, auf abscheuliche Weise in einen Baum gesperrt hat. Aber warum sollte sie das getan haben? Die Geschichte einer Figur, die seit 400 Jahren darauf wartet, dass sie erzählt wird.
Who is Sycorax? The first person to appear in William Shakespeare's »The Tempest«. Her problem: she has no voice. She's just the crooked old wicked witch who apparently brutally imprisoned Ariel, the spirit of the air, in a tree. But why would she have done that? The story of a character that has been waiting for 400 years to be told.

Die Mutter verschwindet und die Tochter erinnert sich. Sie erinnert sich an die Gesten der Mutter und begibt sich auf die Suche nach ihr. Beziehungen sind ein Gefüge, dass immer in Bewegung ist- auch wenn es die Eltern, die Kinder sind. Eine Reflexion über die zugeschriebenen Rollen.
The mother disappears and the daughter remembers. She remembers the mother's gestures and goes in search of her. Relationships are a structure that is always in motion - even if it is the parents, the children. A reflection on ascribed roles.

Lange schon wollte der Regisseur einen Film über seinen Bruder und dessen Freundin machen – zwei Influencer:innen und ehemalige Trash-TV-Teilnehmer:innen. Doch mitten im Dreh trennt sich das Paar und das Skript muss neu geschrieben werden.
For a long time, the director wanted to make a film about his brother and his girlfriend – two influencers and former trash TV participants. But in the middle of the shoot, the couple split up and the script has to be rewritten.
