Zwei Paare Mitte 30, die sich Kinder wünschen. Mirene und André haben ein Problem mit der Fruchtbarkeit. Two couples in their mid-30s want children. Mirene and André have a problem with fertility. Carl and Vicente undergo an experimental procedure to have a biological child. An intimate film about queer sexuality, bodily autonomy, reproduction and the spectre of normativity.

Under the supervision of their teacher, a group of boys perform a dance. A rite of passage. A young woman witnesses the scene. She interrupts the group. A boy runs into the forest and she follows him. The bellies are round, very round.

Alte Negative, gefunden in einem stillgelegten Filmlabor. Der Künstler Prapat Jiwarangsan haucht ihnen neues Leben ein und schickt sie auf eine Reise von der analogen in die digitale Welt und weiter noch ins Universum der KI-generierten Bilder und NFT-Kunstwerke. Die Gesichter verändern sich. Hin zu Grimassen, die in Thailand als Repräsentanten »parasitärer« Familienverbände verstanden werden, jenen Familienverbänden, die korrupt und powerful dastehen – als neue Monster.
Old negatives, found in a disused film lab. Artist Prapat Jiwarangsan breathes new life into them and sends them on a journey from the analogue to the digital world and further still into the universe of AI-generated images and NFT artworks. The faces change towards grimaces that are understood in Thailand as representatives of »parasitic« family associations that stand corrupt and powerful – as new monsters.
