The accreditation deadline is on May 19th 2017.
The accreditation badge can be picked up between 11h and 20h at the festivalcenter (Friedensallee 128).
An accreditation identifies you as a professional visitor, it is personalized, non-transferable, and grants you access to the following:
- all festival film screenings of ISFF and Mo&Friese
- the film market
- the special events (A Wall is a Screen, Open-Air screenings, ...) and
- the festival club
Proof of current activity as a film professional, the film industry or other festivals is a precondition for accreditation. You can do this by emailing us a pdf file containing your company stamp or similar. Applicants may also prove their activity by providing their own website address. The festival reserves the right to approve or deny accreditation. Legal action may not be taken.
The service charge for an accreditation is € 20. The accreditation fee is to be paid in cash when you pick up your festival badge. Filmmakers whose film is being screened in this year's festival programme do not have to pay any accreditation fee. For each selected film we can issue two free festival accreditation for crew members.
Should you have received a written invitation from the ISFF Hamburg stating an exemption from the accreditation fee please specify this under comments on the application form.
Following submission of the necessary documents, you will soon receive an email confirming your accreditation.
Notes on the online-accreditation
In order to get to the online-accreditation form you need to register first. This registration will lead you to the application form for accreditation for the International ShortFilmFestival Hamburg and Mo&Friese Children’s ShortFilmFestival. After assessing your application and all necessary documents submitted by you, the festival decides on your accreditation. As soon as this decision has been made, you will receive a confirmation email.
On the application form, all boxes marked with a star are mandatory boxes. These have to be filled in in order to accredit.
Please upload a current photograph of yourself (as a jpg file labeled with your name) when applying online. This photograph is needed for your festival badge. You can make changes and add a photograph subsequently at any later stage by using your login data. Alternatively you can submit your photograph by emailing a jpg file labeled with your name to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The resolution of your photograph should be 300 dpi.
In order to be able to look after you as well as possible, we will need your exact travel dates and times including flight numbers if applicable, your address while you are attending the festival as well as your phone number during your stay in Hamburg. Should these informations be yet unknown at time of registration, please make sure to complete all relevant details subsequently as soon as possible by using your login data. These details are crucial to us regarding matters such as organising a pick up service from the airport and other organisational concerns.
